There is a range of 43 Irish Tartans, including the new National Tartan, and 24 Irsh Named Tartans.  Unlike Scotland where the tartans tend to be arranged by family, in Ireland the tartans are generraly arranged by county, and are reminiscent of the Country with soft warm colours.
